“It is difficult to rent a condo when our condo association only allows 90 days to have everything signed and done. If it is not rented within that time frame your name goes to the bottom of a long list of other people wanting to lease. It took us three years to reach the top of the list. We decided to use Tim Field, with Exit Elite Realty as our agent. Tim had to work within a very limited time frame and with the stipulation that we would only rent it fully furnished. Tim had to find the right people to rent our condo. However, it was difficult to find anyone that would rent it with all the furniture and other items already in the condo. We were almost down to the last couple of days when he found the perfect person to rent it. Since We live in Virginia and our condo is in Nashville, Tim made it really easy for us to get all the paperwork sent electronically and turned in. I have talked with the lady that rented our condo several times and she has been wonderful to work with.”
