My name is Steve Morgan and I have lived in the Beckley area for over 30 years. I have brought 20 years of sales and marketing experience to my local brokerage, Exit Elevation Realty, and have seen great success throughout my years in real estate and as Associate Broker and owner of Exit Elevation Realty. Serving Raleigh, Fayette, Wyoming, Nicholas, Webster, Mercer, Greenbrier, Summers, Boone and Kanawha counties, I work with both buyers and sellers to make sure their needs are attended to for their specific situation.

He was able to show me listings any time I could come up from Charlotte for a day or two, and when we ended up finding a house in my hometown that was outside of his normal area he still helped us every step of the way with the offer, negotiations, walk through, closing, everything. He even advised me on a few things with selling our house in Charlotte when my NC agent wasn't always available. He worked crazy hours dealing with our unique situations with this house, and came down quite a ways from the Beckley area in order to be there for our final walkthrough. He has even checked in with us several times after closing to make sure we got everything situated with our utilities and a couple other miscellaneous things we had going on with this house.
