About Renee
With more than 20 years of real estate experience rooted in California’s Central Valley, my focus has always been simple: putting my clients first and helping them navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence, clarity, and care. Whether you’re purchasing your very first home, expanding your investment portfolio, selling a long-time family property, or searching for the perfect place to retire, my goal is to provide a level of service that makes the process feel seamless and supported from beginning to end.
What began as a strong local presence in the Central Valley has continued to grow alongside our clients’ needs. Today, through our expanding team at Ledbetter & Associates, Inc. and EXIT Realty Consultants, we proudly serve communities throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento region, Bakersfield, Tuolumne County, and the Central Valley. This broader reach allows us to better support clients relocating, investing, expanding businesses, or transitioning between markets across California.
In addition to residential real estate, I also specialize in commercial properties, business opportunities, leasing, REO (bank-owned) properties, and short sales. My background includes more than 25 years of experience in public relations and communications across both the public and private sectors, giving me a strong foundation in negotiation, marketing, client advocacy, and relationship-building.
I currently serve as the Business Development Manager for the Ceres office of EXIT Realty Consultants and remain an active member in good standing with the Central Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
