With a BS in Computer Science from West Virginia University and over 37 years of experience in the home inspection and real estate industry, I bring a unique perspective to helping buyers and sellers in Medford, Medford Lakes, Tabernacle, Shamong, Marlton, Mt. Laurel, Voorhees, Cherry Hill and all of Southern New Jersey and the Jersey Shore. As a Medford, NJ resident, I know the local neighborhoods, schools, and communities, giving my clients an insider’s edge in finding their primary residence or vacation home.

Before joining EXIT Realty JP Rothermel, I co-owned a home inspection business, working closely with buyers, sellers, realtors, lawyers, property managers, and inspection professionals. This experience allows me to simplify the home buying and selling process, and provide valuable insights into radon, water, and other environmental concerns for both residential and commercial properties.
