Hi, my name is Joanna Petrun. I am a real estate broker and a member of EXIT Realty Redefine in Rolling Meadows IL. I specialize in selling, buying and renting all types of real estate properties.
I have lived in the chicagoland and northwest suburb areas since 2000. During this time I have fallen in love with not just these areas, but also with the many people I have met and developed close friendships with.
In my practice of real estate I am well known for great customer service, 24/7 availability, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers and cooperating agents.
I know buying a home is one of the largest investments you will ever make and selling your home requires an experienced agent who is knowledgeable about the market and the area. The key to that is communication and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless!
I strongly believe that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process. During the buying or selling process I arm my clients with top notch information and market insight, allowing them to make confident decisions.
