Courtland Coleman

Courtland Works tirelessly for his buyers and sellers, and has proudly done so since his career began in real estate in 1999.

As an accredited Buyers Representative, his outstanding customer service, professionalism, knowledge and clients have helped him earn top industry sales awards through out his career. Since 2009 he has retained a spot in the top 10 agents if Exit Mid-South including Middle Tennessee, Northern Alabama, and Southern Kentucky. Courtland provides real estate services to all of Middle Tennessee including Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, and Wilson counties.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate agent. The most important is the ability to discover the address and diverse needs and concerns of his clients. Being able to listen and respond to his clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything he does serves this objective.

With all the emotion and stress that can accompany a purchase or sale, Courtland prides himself on making sure that everything proceeds like clockwork and that the experience is as enjoyable as possible for his clients. He methodically takes care of the transaction details and keeps everyone fully informed, thereby ensuring that every deal is a done deal.

Courtland moved to the Middle Tennessee area in 1986 and attended MTSU where he received his Psychology Degree in Human Resource Management minoring in Real Estate and Public Relations. After graduation he found his passion for real estate while he continued his education pursuing a promising Career.

Still living in Middle Tennessee, he attends New Vision Baptist Church, actively participates on the Chamber of Commerce and enjoys spending time with his two beautiful daughters, Chloe and Sarah.
