“One day I stumbled upon a website while browsing real-estate listings online. I put in my information and about an hour later Cindy called me. Being a renter/first time home buyer I was not really 100% sold on buying at the time and I didnt really know much about the process. I explained to Cindy that I was "just looking" and not very sure of the whole thing. She did not pressure me one bit but she offered to send me some names of lenders she had worked with in the past whom she trusted. I took her up on the offer. I called one of the lenders who was also very informative on the process. I was impressed with his services as well. Once he approved me I met with Cindy, we sat down and discussed what I was looking for and where. Cindy took me to various types of condos in all different areas. She was very intrested in helping me find the right one and was honest in her opinions as well. Which means a lot since I was doing this whole thing on my own without the advice and family or friends. Cindy and I filled out many contracts some of which didnt work out for one reason or another but to make a long story short... I closed on my condo in Brambleton in January of this year. I couldnt be any happier with my choice to use Cindy and the mortgage company she recommended. My choice on the condo was also a very good one. The experience with Cindy was very much a positive one, she made me feel comfortable and helped make a very stressful/long process a bit easier. I would recommend her to anyone but especially first time home buyers.”
