My name is Bernice Henderson, Broker/Owner of EXIT BEST HOMES Realty in Montgomery, Alabama. I, personally have specialized in working with First Time Home Buyers and more specifically as a BUYER's AGENT here in the Montgomery, Autuaga and Elmore county.
With over 20 years of Real Estate experience as an Agent and over 10 years experience as a Broker, I have embraced the mind set to empower my agents with the importance of understanding market trends, communicating and negotiating skills. Bernice was absolutely fantastic throughout the buying process. She met me at the first home that I was interested in viewing, and told me immediately that she would not allow me to purchase the home -- she was absolutely right. Every single wall in the home was cracked.
Since I've worked with Bernice to buy my home, I've recommended her to several people in my sphere who have mentioned the possibility of buying a home within the next few weeks or months.
