About Anthony
Anthony Domathoti is the 2022 President of Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors
(HGAR) and the Broker-Owner and Franchisee of Record of EXIT Realty Premium.
He serves as a Director for the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and on the
National Association of Realtors (NAR) RPAC Participation Council.
Anthony consistently has been a top producer, winning several awards including, Silver,
Gold, Platinum and Sapphire Awards and recently the Hudson Gateway Association of
Realtors (HGAR) Spirit Award and The REALTOR of the YEAR 2023.
Anthony develops 25-50 unit buildings, multi-family, commercial and mixed-use. He is
passionate about DEI, RPAC, leadership development and legislative advocacy. Anthony
continues to speak at convention moderate panels and serves as a panelist on topics including
Fair Housing, Advocacy and RPAC. Anthony is featured in a NAR video highlighting
expanding access to homeowners. Anthony's involvement and volunteers with numerous
nonprofit organizations like HOPELINE, South Bronx based charity, which provide diapers,
food and services through their food pantry. Anthony serves as a role model for all those who
aspire to create a more equitable and compassionate world, reminding us that even the
smallest acts of kindness and generosity can bring about profound change.

Committee of New York. The purpose of the award is to recognize those who have
demonstrated support for RPAC, either through a noteworthy single year effort, or a
prolonged period of benefaction, extraordinary fundraising success; leadership and/or
innovation in RPAC fundraising or planning.
• Pounded the pavement to increase the number of major investors, president's circle
members and keeps RPAC front and center as a top priority.
• Lead his board to raise over $268,000 or 105% of goal during his Presidency
• Signed the YPN RPAC Pledge to invest $10,000 over 10 years and fulfilled that pledge
