Angelique McCoy helps first-time buyers, relocating families, military and veteran clients, and homeowners confidently buy or sell residential properties—including new-construction homes—throughout Pinal County.

Licensed as an Arizona REALTOR® since 2022 and working in real estate full-time since November 2025, Angelique brings an analytical, education-first approach to every transaction. As a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), she helps clients understand their options, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions with confidence.

Angelique’s own positive homebuying experience inspired her to help others enjoy that same sense of clarity, care, and excitement. As the daughter of an Army veteran, serving military and veteran families is especially meaningful to her. Her Southern roots and move from metro Atlanta to Arizona also give her firsthand insight into the questions, emotions, and adjustments that come with relocating somewhere new.

Before real estate, Angelique built her career as an electrical engineer—an experience that continues to shape her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach. She lives in Maricopa and cares deeply about the communities she serves because she lives, works, and volunteers here. Philanthropy is central to her life, particularly expanding access to STEM education and opportunities for young people.
