About Andy
Working with Sellers and Buyers for over 17 1/2 years has been a blessing. Buying and selling a home is going to be your biggest asset and I am here to assist you. I am licensed for all of Texas and have sold and listed homes from Muleshoe to Idalou, from Slaton to Andrews, from Dallas to Ropesville.....and especially here in Lubbock, TX. I specialize in working with everyone. This includes First Time Home-Buyers, Move-up Buyers, Empty-nesters, Sellers who are relocating out of town, and Investors. I have sold over 100 properties the last couple of years for investors alone. I have a testimonial area on this page for those who would like an insight to working with me. At EXIT Realty we have a wonderful personable and family atmosphere. Our training is not just top-notch....it is also very useful and applicable for us to list and sell your home and assist you in purchasing your new home. My vision is to help you have a wonderful experience. I look forward to working with you and earning your business -- Andy Gerron 806.241.2093

What clients say
“Andy has helped us both buy and sell homes. He is a man of integrity and enjoys visiting with everyone. We looked at countless homes before we found the right one to buy. He was also a great middleman as we weeded out low ballers who were looking to flip when selling our house.”
