After joining EXIT Realty in Tampa FL in 2004, Johnny Loewy grew his operation to 250 agents in three successful real estate offices and with his team, helped recruit hundreds of agents into EXIT in just four years. As a result of Johnny’s hard work and rapid growth, he was recognized in 2007 as being one of the “Top 200 Real Estate Professionals” out of 1.4 million REALTORS® in the US by The Wall Street Journal.

Johnny Loewy has developed a series of courses for EXIT Realty associates that provide a comprehensive real estate education while also being interesting and fun, further enriching the learning experience of all his students.
