CROSSFIRE SALES TRAINING is a six week, hands-on, time-spaced Boot Camp training program designed to teach agents proper role-playing, how to use the phone to generate leads and appointments and how to build a successful real estate career. Participants are required to do homework and produce results; accountability is the key!
  • Day one: Mind-set and Attitude
  • Day two: Effective Prospecting and Qualifying
  • Day three: The Listing Appointment - Phase I
  • Day four: The Listing Appointment - Phase II
  • Day five: Negotiations and Objections
  • Day six: Follow-Up and Listing Maintenance
