My professional background leading up to my current real estate profession has helped me become a top producer in a short period of time. I previously worked with Wal-Mart Stores Inc. as a Regional Marketing Manager, which taught me many skills I am able to use to become successful in my current role. I managed a Region that produced over 1 billion in sales and managed 13 Stores. I... am well equipped to negotiate any contract due to my communication skills as well as my ability to understand the impact it would have on my clients. I am also easily able to manager many avenues of marketing at any given time to better advertise a home on the market and get it sold. I am numbers driven and understand the need to get my clients the most for their money when buying or the most out of a home when selling. I am a results driven person and my goal is to have a home sold in the least amount of time to enable my sellers to move on to their next adventure. If I am working with a buyer I focus on their needs and create the need list and wish list. I then ensure that the homes we view meet their needs and as many of those items on the wish list as possible so they can get the most for their money and love their new home. |
