Johnny Loewy, CEO/Broker of Exit Extreme Realty, began his real estate career over 13 years ago in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He opened Exit Extreme Realty in April of 2004 with 3 agents and has grown to 3 successful real estate offices. In the offices Johnny mentors close to 200 agents and outside the office has trained tens of thousands of agents in the US & Canada. Throughout a diverse 13-year career incorporating all aspects of real-estate sales and investment, Johnny Loewy has the proven history of an accomplished executive, visionary entrepreneur, and a dexterous trouble-shooter. Johnny has run the sales and marketing departments for some of the largest developers in the county covering the range of single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. He was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Capital Pacific Homes, Sales Manager for Rock Mountain Home Company, and Marketing Manager for Citrus Hills Development Company. Johnny is especially diverse in onsite sales, having been the top selling agent at every site he worked as a realtor, and successfully training onsite sales teams as a broker.
