Linda Brumbill

Linda Brumbill has been a full time resident of the area for over 7 years now.  She comes with an extensive background in the real estate field.

A graduate of the Legal Administration program at Durham in Oshawa, Linda worked in the Residential Property Management field for Great-West Life Realty Advisors (Toronto) for almost 10 years. She was an integral part of GWL’s residential property management team, which managed over 10,000 residential rental units throughout Toronto, Ottawa and the maritimes.

In 2005, after getting her real estate license, Linda sold new homes for Great Gulf Homes in Whitby as well as re-sale homes for Re/Max Rouge River in 2005 and 2006. Great Gulf Homes was named Builder of the Year in 2006.

In 2006 Linda and her husband, Rich, decided to retreat to the country life and bought a 32-acre home in Gilmour, where they currently reside. The house is an ongoing project, but they love living in the small community with their chicken coop and greenhouse. Linda's husband, Rich, is currently completing his real estate courses, and will be joining her once licensed.

Linda loves her role as Sales Representative and looks forward to serving north of Belleville, including Madoc, Marmora, Stirling, Tweed, south of Bancroft, and surrounding areas.
