Nancy Mosca is a high-energy professional who is focused on delivering quality service. She is a woman of integrity, character, and excellence. Nancy believes real estate is a challenging career that provides a great deal of satisfaction. Since 1996 she has been helping people invest in real estate whether on a personal level or a business level. Thanks to her corporate background in accounting, Nancy places a substantial emphasis on systems and strategies. This has helped her build a strong customer/client loyalty which in turn has lead to a solid referral base as well as name recognition.
At the conception of her Real Estate career Nancy knew that change is the only constant in life, therefore, it was important to her to continue her education no matter what level she was in within the industry. A year into her new career she developed enough business and furthered her education to become an Associate Broker. She attributes her success to doing what she loves to do which is educating the consumer. She dove into her Community in efforts to make the realization of home ownership a reality to some while putting others on the correct path to their dreams of becoming homeowners.
Through-out her career she has been involved in many organizations that would enrich her life as well as that of her fellow Realtors. Such as, she was a Franchisee – Broker/Owner for EXIT Realty Central from 2003 thru 2008, growing the office from 0 agents to over 90 in addition to personally training over 200 plus agents who walked through her doors during that time. She was a Chapter Director for the Jamaica Central Queens Chapter (JCQC) Division for three years - 2006 thru 2008, part of the Agent Star Panel for the Women Council of Realtors (WCR) in 2009, she has been Certified as a Human Behavioral Consultant (CHBC), and most recently she was honored with the “Excellence Award” for 2009 recognized by the New York Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
In 2008, Nancy was honored by being invited to become a Regional Trainer for EXIT Realty of NYC & LI. She has proudly accepted that position in continuation of her journey towards becoming an International Trainer. As a Regional Trainer Nancy will be helping to teach other real estate professionals by sharing her seeds to success, including her relationship building and customer service strategies.
Nancy has chosen to keep her skills current by remaining an active Associate Broker at EXIT Kingdom Realty in Forest Hills. In her spare time, Nancy takes pleasure in getting involved in community events. She has been a Sunday School Minister at the Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn since 2001. Nancy enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. After all, ultimately this is what it’s all about.
