Isa Alwazzan, is the Agent and Owner of the Woodlands, Spring, Tomball and the Magnolia Exit Realty Group franchises. He has been licensed as a REALTOR in Texas since 1987, and is active in several community and professional organizations including The Woodlands and Magnolia Parkway Chambers of Commerce, as well as the Women’s Council of REALTORS (Montgomery County Governing Board -WCR).
Over the years Isa personally served the Southwest Montgomery County region in many ways, including as a Volunteer Firefighter in the Montgomery County Emergency Services District (MCESD) #10, where he attained up to the rank of Fire Chief. In addition, he was called on to serve as a member of the Montgomery County Fire Chiefs Association, the FireCom (Fire Dispatch) Committee, and participated in several Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management Committees. He was invited by the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) to serve as a task force participant in the launch of the National Firefighter Near-Miss Reporting Program.
Isa and his wife Winnie have three children – Lauren who is married to Nat, as well as sons Kaden and Easten … both of whom enjoy fishing with their father.
Isa originally incorporated his business, INTERCOL, in 1988 and specialized in a suite of marketing services. Our Group broker of record is Randy Selby, the former Broker/Owner of RE/MAX 1960 Group and an Associate (ALC) of Keller Williams/Woodlands. With over 100 Associates recruited in just 2 years, EXIT's expansion in this region has been notable.
