James Lyon has been in the real estate business for over 30 years as a House builder, subdivision land developer and owner of several real estate and house building companies. James and Sue, his wife, are both second generation real estate professionals. Both were born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and graduated from Davidson High School. James graduated from Auburn University with a dual degree in Business and Architecture. Sue graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in dance with a concentration in ballet.
James and Sue take great pride in being the owners of the first EXIT Realty franchise in Alabama and have 37 trained agents and staff to serve you. After experiencing the unique EXIT business model by owning EXIT REALTY LYON, in Mobile, Alabama for 2 years, James and Sue purchased the regional rights to sell franchises in the state of Mississippi. EXIT REALTY MISSISSIPPI and now has five offices throughout the state.
