Lillian Walker is the broker of record, co-franchise owner and Auctioneer of EXIT Beach Cities Realty in Huntington Beach, California. She was born in Los Angeles, California and graduated from The University of Southern California in 1987 receiving her Bachelors of Science degree in Public Administration, and an Entrepreneur Certificate through the School of Business. Upon graduating from USC her career began with a national mortgage bank, followed by a brief term at a savings and loan bank where she would teach and train loan officers.
Lillian has been in the Lending and Real Estate industry since 1986 years. In 1989 she founded 1st Pacific Mortgage Inc. and since then she has been featured on the Orange County News Channel as well as in several print publications as a leading industry expert. She also currently serves as a mentor for the USC School of Policy, Planning and Development and is also a featured speaker on the Real Estate Panel. She was also actively involved in closing many short sales and foreclosures in the 1990's to present and taught short sale and foreclosure classes to Realtors and continues to do so in this market. She is currently is approved through various lenders to do Broker Price Opinions/REO's and actively speaks to organizations about the Remarketing of REO's; recently at the Southern California League of Credit Unions which has over 60 credit unions represented. Exit Beach Cities also offers relocation services to home buyers and sellers providing state of the art eSign technology.In addition she is the first Broker in Orange County to receive the designation acknowledged by the American Bar Association and Department of Real Estate of RCS-DTM which is Real Estate Collaborative Specialist in Divorce and has 3 agents on her team who also have earned the RCS-DTM designation.
Last but not least, Lillian is a regular featured speaker for the Home & Garden Show and is currently working on a book due by Spring 2012.
Lillian’s interests include music, reading, horse back riding, numismatics, golf, wine tasting and traveling with her husband and three children, as well as volunteering her time at various local community and charitable organizations. She is currently involved with Habitat for Humanity, An Approved Homesold Inc Affinity partner, Peak Performers, Clubnet, a charter member of Huntington Harbor LeTip and Project Lil of Childnet Youth and Family Services where realtors and affiliates help a lil' child create a home and save home by serving as a mouth piece to speak to the public about becoming a resource parent for children who are otherwise either abandoned or in youth shelters until placed. Through this amazing program recource parents can foster the care of a child and receive $625-$1800 per month. If the resource parents decides they would like to adopt, there is no cost to the resource parent and the stipend continues! Realtors, Affiliates and their friends who refer adults for this program will receive a one time thank you bonus of $200-$750. "I am passionate about this project, and my goal is to help Childnet eliminate turning away 70-100 kids a month. It's crazy that they are turning kids away, NOT because there is a lack of funds but a lack of awareness". The goal is to have enough folks in 5 counties aware of this program. That means about 1200 children in the next 12 months will be in warm, loving homes where they are taken care of and that resource parent(s) now have a family to add to theirs or finally create one of their own. That's how we are going to help heal our community.
