Steve is one half of one of Colorado's most prominant Realtor couples.  Steve has been providing unequaled service to his clients for over 39 years and is ranked in the top 1% of brokers nationally.  A student of the business and lover of life he prides himself in insuring thier clients  have a rewarding experience in the process.

If you are looking for insights into the community Steve can provide the perspective of a Colorado native, Former County Commissioner (he negotiated the agreement for Denver International Airport), a Past president of the Westminster Rotary Club, Past Realtor Board President, past Chamber of Commerce Chairman and a host of other community and business activities. 

Steve's honors have been numerous ranging from Realtor of the Year to Outstanding Elected County Official in the U.S., and he was awarded the Lifetime Achievement award by the North Denver Metro Association of Realtors.  Always willing to share his expertise and knowledge he is a national trainer for the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation and has been training brokers for over 25 years. He believes that everyone has a responsiblilty to give back to the community and their industry in order for both to be better in the years to come.

In their spare time Steve and Diane travel, love to cook, entertain and enjoy the outdoors with their  dogs Lexi & Sammi. One highlight for both is sharing time with two grandson's, Schyler and Harrison, and two granddaughters, Isabella and Karina
